Kingswood Care Services Ltd was established in 1998 to support adults with a learning disability to lead full and rewarding lives.  We have grown over the years to include supported living, residential and domiciliary social care and support options.

During 2020 Look Ahead, a leading provider of learning disability and autism services in London and the South East acquired Kingswood Care Services, recognising that both organisations share the same core values and objectives, to deliver person-centred services and work collaboratively with the people we support to establish high quality outcomes that promote independence and choice.

Our senior leadership team comprises of Terry Colgrave in the role of Operational & Development manager.  Terry has overall responsibility for the organisation and is supported by Antony Golding, the company's Service Manager.  Both Terry and Antony work alongside Michele Cowley, the Company Administrator.

In step with the development of the service we are now known as Kingswood Care and Support.  Although our name has changed, we continue to value:
